Came here for the first time to get a new pair of glasses. Just moved from out of state and switched insurance. Anton was very professional, friendly and was able to squeeze me in for an eye appointment last minute between cancellations. Anton displayed excellent customer service while helping me pick out a frame and complete my transaction while detailing all of the potential costs. Finally I was impressed with the store’s selection and variety of frames. I would come back to this location for my next pair.

I was running late for an appointment. I tried to call but was on hold the whole way there (10 minutes). I arrived 8 minutes late (2:28). They told me unfortunately there is only a 5 minute grace period, and they gave my appointment away. … More
