From the time I walked in the door, I was pleasantly greeted by staff. The doctor was amazing and his “bedside manner” was unmatched! He asked me questions about my vision and what were my intentions and goals for the visit. Thank you Visionworks! You did an amazing job. I will be bringing my entire family for eye exams. This will definitely be my family for exams and glasses!

From the time I walked in to the time that I walked out, I was exceptionally pleased with my whole experience. I had an account previously with this store under my maiden name but I wasn't entirely sure how to go about merging the account before scheduling a last minute appointment the following day. So I just made a new account under my new married name and was fully prepared to need to make some adjustments with the accounts when I walked in, but Raheema had recognized my account through my e-mail and merged the accounts for me before I'd even gotten there! I thought that was simply amazing and she was honestly so sweet and friendly in addition to her top tier efficiency. Then, I was seen by Doctor Spitler. The questions that he asked and the way he tested my vision was so efficient and clear, it was the very first time I ever felt SURE about my answers. Usually at the end of an eye exam I would be left feeling if I made the right choices, but overall I'm so so happy with my experience yesterday! Raheema and Dr. Spitler were truly great!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Gruden is really great and goes above and beyond to answer your questions and help with any issues. Highly recommend!
