The front desk lady (I didn't catch her name, I apologize) was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Then the eye test tech (again I didn't catch her name, although I know she told me, lol) was super friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor which I appreciate so much. Then Dr. Lee was exceptional as she was very patient and addressed all my concerns without judgement or annoyance. She listened and explained things thoroughly which I again appreciated. She was also so friendly and had a great sense of humor which is very important to me. And lastly there was Victoria. She is awesome! She was so friendly and comforting. She chatted with me and helped me pick just the right glasses out. Then she talked me through the ins and outs of what I needed and the exact cost right up front. She is the sweetest and nicest person and she knew her stuff for sure! Overall I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning as well as recommending this store to my friends and family! Thank you all for being so excellent!!!

I had a 5:15 appointment and it was so quick and easy! all done by 5:30! Dr. Le was reassuring and so knowledgeable. All of the staff at this location was respectful and kind. Kicking myself for not getting their names but they were wonderful! Great location.

The staff is incredibly kind, they have a lot of cool glasses options, the eye exam is both quick and thorough. Victoria was also fantastic to talk to while picking out glasses and filling out the order forms.
