I’ve been a Visionworks customer for years. Disappointed in recent experiences. I’ve come twice , once at 2pm and once at 12:15 and both times they had a sign up closed for lunch due to staffing so anyone’s guess when they are open or closed. Particularly upsetting since I’m coming back because my new glasses are unwearable due to lens issues after waiting 25 days for them to be done to begin with. Technician Hunter is great to work with but store itself not so much. Other staff only acknowledge you when you get right up to them and start talking. They used to be better.

Worse place I have ever been for glasses. Had to return multiple times to try to get lenses corrected on multiple pairs of glasses. Perscription sunglass tint was blotchy, and the focal point was not correct. 2nd time made it worse. Lenses were not cut correct for frames, and focal point was still incorrect, causing fish bowl vision. Person onsite decided to try and fix it by bending the end peices and arm, which distorted the frames and had them angled off my face. 3rd time, instead of correcting the lenses, they just ground them down and bent my Ray Bans to fit the lenses. Paid for scratch coat, anti glare, etc. Never had a pair of glasses scratch that easy in my life. Regular glass lenses were also not cut to the correct size. Perscription was not correct 1st time around. After multiple times going back I gave up trying to get them corrected or get my money back. I lost about $800 using Vision Works. Compare frames on sunglasses. Amber tint is their glases. Grey tint was done else where.

My daughter and I stopped in at Visionworks on 11/04/23 to shop for frames. The 10 minutes that we were in the store, we were not acknowledged in any way. My daughter tried on frames and put the ones she liked aside. The manager was sitting at her desk not far from us and still didn't acknowledge us. She was not waiting on a customer and the store had one other customer that was being helped by the technician. We put away the frames and walked out out of the store. A "hello" would have been nice. We walked down to Lense Crafters and received top-notch service which resulted in each of us buying two pairs of glasses.
