I had to take my granddaughter to fix her glasses that were broken. As soon as we walked in, we only waited a few seconds until an employee by the name of Robert offered his help. He very quickly fixed her glasses and in the end of his fantastic service I asked the question of what I owed him for fixing the glasses and he said nothing surprisingly. He also helped by giving advice on whether getting a second pair was worth the money. A very good service from Robert.

First of all I wanna state Robert should learn a little better customer service skills. Because of rudeness and such I will never return after we get my contacts/glasses figured out. Robert now for the second time was very short and eager to cut me off when I was speaking. No patience, tells me I heard wrong just to be told after finally hearing me out that what I was told was right. I wasn’t going to say anything and do a review, but this is a second time this gentleman has answered the phone. And made me feel like I was bothering him and annoying. As someone who works in Customer Service, I would never speak to any of my patients that way, I would listen them out, and then respond and speak to them. I don’t understand why it is so hard just to listen people out and then respond and a simple goodbye instead of hanging up the phone is a lot nicer and goes a long way than just hanging the phone up for the second time. I was told to call back if I had any issues with the trial contacts and I did. I asked for the doctors area he just says their busy I’ll take a message. I said okay thank you and he hung up! This has happened with him prior and at this point, I am very unsatisfied. The doctors staff is very sweet and kind I give them 5 stars ⭐️ The fill in doctor was absolutely rude and did not listen to anything I was saying as I was telling him what I was seeing on the screen was still blurry. He said it was because my eyes were dilated and I said no I’ve had my eyes dilated every time I’ve had an eye exam and I’ve been able to see, he did not want to listen to me so I went and got the trial pair of contacts that took a week to come in just for them not to be able to work because once again, as I told him, my vision was blurry. I saw the main Doctor Who was really sweet , but the contacts I was given still are not working so after a day of wearing them I decided to take them out and just go back to my old glasses because I seem like they work a lot better. I understand glasses and contacts are different, but it was a huge difference almost made me dizzy in a way. I already spent almost $90.00 or close to that for the contact fitting which I’m going to end up not getting contacts because if this is how they’re going to be in my eyes I cannot take it I’d rather stick to glasses and be able to see correctly. Once again, the doctor staff and the main doctor we’re all very nice and courteous. It just happened to be a very bad experience for me because now I’m going to have to come back for the third time.

Just went into VisionWorks - Sarasota, and Davis took great care of me. All I needed was a new screw put in my glasses for a nose pad, and he greeted me with a smile, fixed my nose pad, and made sure the other screws in my glasses were good. Great customer service!
