I had a great experience. The actual eye visit was thorough and focused to find the way to help me and not just trying to sell me the most expensive lenses (like I experienced in other shops). The shop assistants are nice and helpful. The 4 stars and not 5 is because I didn't see any super cool/trendy/catchy frames, so I just bought a meh frame. But the glasses work well, the lenses are just perfect!

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest without any cause. The receptionist that booked the appointment booked the timeslot under the wrong name. Wrong meaning, despite pronouncing and extremely common name, spelling it out in slowwwwww dictation, and literally standing in front of her face, she logged in an entirely different name that of course didn't match the vision insurance. When questioned about it, she blatantly lied and said, "I never asked for a name". My reply was, "oh really? How else would you book an appointment besides under a patient's name??? And the entire time you were booking the appointment, the camera in FULL COLOR DISPLAY was actively recording just like it is now." "The doctor" up and left the store despite the fact we communicated that we were 2 minutes from the location AND ALAIN leveraged the call to the store's benefit by getting the correct name to obtain an insurance payment authorization. Run from this place. They and WAY unskilled, incompetent and then have the nerve to walk out on their JOB within the store's published operating hours. Shut the whole store down and re-staff it with people that are there to serve and properly represent the brand. Shameful!

I walked in to see if I could get help just putting new screws in two pairs of sunglasses that each had an arm off of them. Aileen was great! She greeted me and helped me right away and even cleaned both pairs for me after she was done. If you come here, see her!
