I had been experiencing difficulties with my insurance for approximately two weeks, and today I made the decision to visit Visionworks at the Boardwalk shopping center. Ms. Anne promptly assisted me in acquiring the necessary information to address my issue. I resolved the problem over the phone, and within minutes, my insurance-related problem was resolved instantaneously. I returned to the Boardwalk store, where Ms. Anne provided prompt and professional assistance in helping me finally place the order for the glasses I had been needing for quite some time. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Anne. Her exceptional customer service, warm smile, and efficient handling of my order have convinced me that I will no longer be ordering glasses online. Despite the electricity going out while we were there. The employees remained very calm, courteous and professional. They took the time to check on everyone and everything. They explained what they were doing as they brought their systems back and still maintained the schedule. I highly recommend their services. Great Team!!
