I'd gotten my eyes checked elsewhere, but they had terrible frame selection, so I came back to Vsisionworks. The staff was all friendly and Gabe was exceptionally helpful. It took a bit, but I found 2 frames that I liked and Gabe even made suggestions for making them sit on my face better. I got some great add-ons at excellent prices. Super low pressure sales. I felt very comfortable and like my needs were being met, not like i was just a sales quota to fill. I'm quite excited to get my new glasses in a couple of weeks. I had a great experience a few years ago when I got my current glasses, and I will definitely be back when it's time again!

My experience with the Boise Id Visionworks was exceptional. I was trying to order glasses online with my insurance, but the website was unable to add my full prescription. After a call or two to customer service I was connected to an associate at the Boise store. The service was excellent! I will absolutely use Visionworks again for future needs!

I had such an amazing experience during my visit. The team took the time to explain each step to me in great detail. I have NEVER had such great service during my eye exam and assistance with helping find the right eye glasses to fit my needs. Great service by a team who truly cares about what they are doing
