My experience was absolutely amazing! Dana T was absolutely awesome! Even though the office was very busy at the time, she didn't make me feel rushed and my experience picking glasses, which for a woman is very important, wasn't mitigated at all! Dr. Yoe was amazing as well.The entire office was nice and pleasant and all the attitudes and attention towards all the customers was comforting. Pamela was great too! Keep up the good work and the wonderful patient care.

Our experience was below par. The thick lady that was bullying my child into picking glasses she clearly did not want acts as if she was purchasing them was two seconds away from getting all those glasses thrown in her face.. How can a company Allow bullying a child? Once I put her tight wearing to little shirt back in place a nice employee Pam step in and made my daughter very comfortable. This employee (bully) does not need to work with children. Im doing my best to contact UHC and tell them about the service we received and that they have to pay for and ask that they be removed from their list of vision retailers especially if you have a child needing glasses.
