The woman helping us was very professional and courteous and repaired (new frames though) my glasses so that I left with the reading glasses I need daily. We were talking and joking with her as she solved my problem making it a very pleasant experience.

I scheduled an appointment using the online system. I had to take the morning off from work and arrange other stuff to be on time, etc. Getting there, I've been told there is no doctor. If there is a system, I think there should be an automated notification letting the patients know that their appointment needs to be rescheduled or something. Not everybody has plenty availability to reschedule at any time. This location needs better handling of scheduling, improving communication with patients, and customer service.

This place is a joke. Came in for a exam and glasses and they overlooked us and helped 3 people who came in after us. They also took the lenses out of the tray we were using to hold our glasses selection to hold someone else's glasses selection. That is the most rude and horrible customer service anyone could provide. When i asked The girl for help she didn't have a clue. The whole place was sketchy at best. The Dr. was NOT personable at all spoke incredibly soft. The older lady rolled her eyes at me when asked why we were left waiting. We were buying 3 pairs of glasses that day and never again. The sales person kept talking about exam scams at other places and that's what you get when your cheap. Salesperson vibe is like a 1970 car dealership. This place is horrible.
