My personal experience at Visionworks 100 E. Market Street in Louisville, KY was awesome! My wait time was short and the doctor came right in and didn't make me feel rushed. Picking out glasses was enjoyable for me and the ladies that helped me was very friendly and patient while I tried on several pairs of frames. My glasses were ready in less then 24 hours! I Love this office and all of the people who work there!

I came here twice in one week all after 2 pm the first time I forgot my son’s prescription. They said nothing about appointments necessary after 2 pm. Today I was told I had to have an appointment. The place was empty all I needed was to pick out glasses we had our on prescription. We had to use Lyft so it cost over $20 to even get there. No where on website, flyers or doors does it say an appointment is needed. So if you need anything from this place make sure to call and make an appointment. They change up the rules daily.

I went into Visionworks after my doctor's appointment a little after 2pm. The lady said they had stopped taking walk-ins at I believe she said 2pm, but since they weren't busy it was fine since I didn't have an appointment. The employees were professional and they got me through the eye exam, to see the doctor and selecting my frames in less than an hour. Plus my glasses were ready for pick up at 10am the following day. So I got in, got the eye exam, saw the doctor and glasses were ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. I will continue with their services from now on. Thank You Visionworks.
