Good selection of frames, though limited, was available for the coupon deal that I had. I was with an associate in a timely manner. She did struggle when trying to apply my coupon deal but a more experienced associate was able to help. I had both pairs of glasses in less than 24 hours and picking them up was quick and easy. I will definitely use Visionworks in the future.

Should it take almost 3 hours for a standard eye test on one person? Arrived at 11:30-11:45am for a 12pm appointment. The place barely had anyone inside except for 4 employees up front and 2 in the exam area. Got in for the initial eye chart exam and ended up waiting for over an hour to see the actual optometrist. The customer service people in front were less than helpful. Most didn't even want to help. Seemed very content with sitting on there chairs rather than helping keep the exam’s running on time. Very argumentative male employee was being fake. He acted nice while rolling his eyes when he thought no one was looking. Surprise I saw him! Recommend that no one goes to this location and maybe not the others if they are all ran in this manner! Finally got out of there after over 2 hours waiting.

I had the worst experience ever. The doctor rushed my appointment and didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. It was the fastest exam I had ever had. I told her I was having difficulty understanding what she was saying, but she didn’t try to slow her speech or to enunciate clearly. The staff was also unhelpful. I was looking for frames but felt I was in their way. They, too, did not want to answer any questions, nor did they offer assistance. When they finally brought my file and prescription out, no one tried to handle it - they passed it back and forth between them. Extremely frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning.
