Everyone was so friendly and courteous! The lady that checked me out, I wish I knew her name, Murfreesboro location, big hair, was so nice. Everyone actually took the time to say goodbye and have a great day as I was leaving! It was a great experience!

Doctor and tech were awesome! I felt they listened to me and addressed my concerns. Unfortunately the staff member checking out was flustered and kept saying “I don’t do insurance” so I ended up not purchasing lenses or glasses through them.

My experience at this Vision Works was flawless. The staff were exceptionally nice and effective. They were able to get me in and out with a new pair of glasses on order within an hour. Special thanks to Sierra and Katelyn for being so helpful.
