Everything was good. On a personal note though some listening skills were a little off. I asked for my eyes to be dilated to avoid the $19.99 charge but instead that didn't happen. Other then that everything was great the associates were great and friendly

My family and I always have a great experience when we come here. However the other day I had an exceptional experience. I accidentally sat on my glasses and knocked the out of wack. I came in and meet a pleasant young man named Benjamin. He adjusted my glasses so perfect. My glassed actually fit better now than when I purchased them a year ago. Our annual exam if coming up and I will definitely be look for Benjamin when we arrive. Thank you Benjamin for a great job, you won my business for another year.

The exam was quick and efficient but covered everything I needed for glasses and contacts. After picking out frames the follow up was well done with William about what was covered by insurance and what was not. Also he was complete in describing what would best fit my needs in getting the most out my frames and lenses but not overselling. Great experience all around.
