If I could give a negative star I would. I called and explained my son had misplaced his glasses. Was told basically he would have to get refitted. I explained with a tight schedule we have I would not be able to get him in. It shouldn’t have changed so much due too the fact he just got them in the recent months. Mind you I have done this twice before with no issues. Then was told on the insurance side they couldn’t do it. I asked could they just send a link like before and run the insurance like they have before prior to the appointment. Was told they don’t do this. The lady then went on to tell me she not going to argue with me back and forth she will hang up on me. I explained I was not arguing with her but wanting an understanding of the policy. She proceeded to hang up on me. I called back Was told that could have never happened by manager that was on duty. So I said so it couldn’t have been a mistake I was told No. I told her it did happened I said basically I feel as if I was being called a liar. Was basically giving the impression that’s how she felt. Customer Service sucks and needs to improve and give proper training to employees.

I should have read reviews first. There is a trend of poor customer service and management. Do yourself a favor and read them all to see the trend. You will see other insurance issues as well. This organization has zero customer service after the sale and during the sale their staff is poorly trained. I have full vision insurance and I was told by their team that only my exam was covered, after they ran my insurance. Almost $900 later I contacted my insurance provider to upgrade my policy and was told that everything was covered by my insurance and I should only have a small copay. After a week of arguing with poor customer service reps I cancelled the order since they would not give me a refund and then bill my insurance. Poorly trained staff and they show no ownership to their mistakes. I am now waiting for my refund after canceling the order. Go anywhere else!

Great check in associates, great Dr. great eye test really shows your eyes health. We had a great glass ordering associate. With great eye insurance we saved almost $3000 for 2 pair of glasses.
