The lady doing my exam was great. The lady processing insurance was unprofessional . The lady with the initial test with the machines was rude . The lady helping me purchasing my glasses was great. Picking up my glasses the lady was pretty rude as well.

I love this location because I can always get an appointment quickly. But what really stands out to me this time is that I had ordered new glasses on a Thursday morning, I’m going out of the country for two weeks on Sunday and they had them ready for me right before they close for the weekend on Saturday!!!! It means so much to be able to have them on my trip, and the technician and associates made sure that happened for me! Thanks for everything!

First I want to say that Dr Aida was very kind and did wonderful job with my daughter. She was the best part about the whole visit. I will say that the overall experience wasn’t the best, some of the staff need to have better communication with patients. Vibe was not very good, it’s so important to greet your patients and make them feel comfortable and actually acknowledge them. This is not for all the staff,but it can be felt for sure from some that need better training.
