I have been a customer of vision works in other locations before and this store really stood out to me, the customer service was wonderful. As soon as I walked in the ladies in the front greeted me with a smile. One of the ladies (I believe she said her name is Aja) really went out of her way to explain everything that is offered and was approachable with all of the questions I had . She was able to answer all of them.

A lot of the reviews are bad on here….but I honestly had a pleasant experience. I came in around 10:30 am as a walk in and I was able to be taken care of right away. I had broken my frames and needed a replacement. Alfred took care of me and made sure to get me some nice frames and even fixed my old ones to have as a spare. He really cares about his job and makes sure that people leave happy. Thank you!!

Amazing place to get your glasses at. Customer service was great. Was very attentive and informative. They were able to help me find an affordable price that I could afford. I definitely recommend coming here since I been struggling to find a good place that I can trust. I’m overall satisfied and can’t wait to go back to get another pair.
