Kathy in the Brick office is the best. I had an issue with my insurance. They made a mistake. She called them and spent time on the phone with them to fix the problem. They were taking so long, she took my number so I didn't have to stay since I had to get back to work. She followed up and after several calls, she never gave up and got it fixed. She also helped me a few weeks ago with an issue about my husbands glasses prescription. She's follows through with every obstacle. You really don't see people like Kathy anymore. She knows what she's doing, she's a hard worker and so nice!

Dr. Engstrom was super nice and had great bedside manners. The staff was friendly and informative of the details with my insurance plan and really took their time with me and the best options which I really appreciated. Janesty, Kim B, and my tech in the back were friendly and personable. I would recommend to anyone needing a new eye doctor !

Went for an eye exam. They didn't have my trial contacts in stock. They had to mail them to me. I received them and the prescription is wrong. I called and the girl on the phone was snarky short and rude. Not helpful at all. Now I don't want to go back there and I don't know what to do. Just skip this place. Enough of these snarky workers. You work at a glasses store. You couldn't just be helpful and now one of your patients is too fed up to even bother getting their prescription fixed and because of your lack of compassion and customer service I will just deal with a bad prescription every day for the next year.
