I've never been taken care of with no wait time and no hassles. I've used several different places for my glasses over the years, and Vision Works is the best I've ever been to. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have worn glasses all of my life and have had many good experiences with Visionworks... BUT I have not had anyone go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of like Sara has done. She was smiling, informative, patient and kind...what really solidified it for me was when I came in almost two weeks later to pick up, she remembered my name. Thank you Sara for making this experience awesome for me 🙂

Dr. Chung was incredible, easily the best optometrist I've ever had. She went out of her way to really explain everything to me and making sure I understood instead of rushing through to the next exam like I'm used to. Will always go out of my way in the future to see her
