I broke my glasses that I bought there last Dec . I called and asked if they still had the frames in stock since my old lenses were still intact. The lady checked and they were in stock !! She held the frames for me until I got there and then they popped my old lens in the new frame on the spot ! Great service! Nice people, would definitely recommend!

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I scheduled an appointment with the automated system for today Friday 11/3/23. I just called today to confirm if the appointment is for 3pm or 3:45. The automated system stated the appointment was for 11/10/23. I requested for a rep and a very, very, rude rep answered the phone and did not resolve anything.. The rep was not even listening to what I was saying to her, she kept saying your appointment is next week, we don't have anything for today. She hanged up when I requested for her name and a manager.

The place doesn't deserve any stars due to not being able to contact anyone by phone and being very unorganized. All 5 stars need to be handed to NIA who was able to bring excellent customer service while being directed to do 10 other things during the time she was helping me. She was put in the spot and embarrassed and had many reasons to quit but she forged on to give me a reason to be retained as a customer.
