I was NOT prepared when I came in today, but they are all so helpful and friendly, Jake helped me make calls to get my prescription, he was also very transparent about the situation.
I end up did a new exam in the store, the optometrist was soooo friendly and NICE! She made the whole process so easy and fun!
This is an above and beyond experience, every one in this store is helpful and friendly, I went in knowing nothing and left with the perfect order of glasses.

Great optometrist office with a good selection of frames. The doctor was actually my student in middle school! So proud of Dr. Polak! And a big shout out to Jake for giving our entire family the Royal treatment. Thanks for everything!

The entire office was so helpful and detailed! Made an appointment pretty last minute and was shocked by how quickly I got into what turned out to be a fantastic practice.
