This was my first appointment at Visionworks and my first time getting my eyes checked in almost a decade and it was the best experience! The staff was not only professional and friendly, they made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Thank you Dr. Arasteh for the best experience and addressing all of my concerns and questions. Also a big thank you to Sherry for all of the time she spent in helping me select the perfect pair of frames and showing me all of my options and answering all of my questions so I was happy when I left the office. My first time at Visionworks... although they ran very late on my appointment time, the staff were VERY kind and apologetic. Joe took that time to help me pick out new frames and was very attentive. My glasses came in SUPER quick, but unfortunately they were incorrectly ordered. The staff quickly realized the issue and reordered my glasses for me. They apologized and overall were amazing! Joe is very kind and patient - and exceptional customer service! All the staff, Dr included were amazing! I highly recommend this location!
