Honestly, everyone there is great, but Dr. Richardson is amazing. I really felt he cared about the health of my eyes and recommended some further testing as I do have glaucoma in my family. He explained and showed me what happens with glaucoma and that he was not seeing any real concern and helped me understand what is looked for during the exam. I have been going to this particular Visionworks for some time now, and I have to say that this doctor is by far the most genuinely caring and knowledgeable doctor I have encountered here. My whole experience this time was great, from the receptionist to the person who helped me pick out my new glasses. You all have an incredible team of people here. I would recommend the whole place and highly recommend the eye doctor. Make sure he is working when you book your appointment because I heard he does like to take a few days off during the week.

All the employees, including the doctor are so kind, informative and knowledgeable. This was hands down the best experience I have had at an eye exam. The front desk was so welcoming and kind. They work fast but i didn't feel rushed at all! The doctor was amazing. So kind and really took the time to ask and answer if i had any other questions. Once it was time to choose my frames, my insurances were complicated but the Manager went above and beyond to find all my information, getting me the best deals with both my insurances! I cannot say enough good things about this appointment!

I've been coming here for years. Every appointment has been a pleasant experience. The staff and doctors are friendly and efficient. Today I saw Dr. Richardson. I really appreciated him taking the extra time to talk to me about my eye health. I feel more informed about the decisions I'm making for my vision care.
