Arrived Irving Mall at 10:00am which is Visionworks posted opening hours online. Only to find out that Irving Mall main doors do not open until 11:00am??? Called Visionworks inside the mall and a lovely employee named ERIKA opened the Mall door to allow us enter and assisted me and my husband with our glasses. Kudos to ERIKA who provided a service over and beyond her normal work hours and routine!!!! At this day and age we truly appreciate ERIKA’s dedication to customer service with a smile!!! I had an great assistance from Mrs. Rachel, she made me understand the meaning of the material in my lenses and the differences between standard and premium. I already knew the insurance guidelines but she made me understand them more carefully. Rachel deserves an award for her great service at hand. She had customers leaving with a smile
