Sky was my glasses helper, and she was sweet, knowledgeable, a great listener, and very patient with me. She made me feel comfortable, and she went out of the way to clean my old glasses in a timely and complete way. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes after picking 2 sets of glasses. I appreciated her kind manner and attention . I have been a client here for three years, and she has been the most understanding and responsive of all other employees I have dealt with those years. Thank you, Sky, for helping me with this issue so sweetly.

Would give no star if I could. Extremely rude service, no decent explanations for extras charged and staff was dismissive. A staff member and I were having a conversation and she did not want to help solve my problem so she picked up the phone call that was on hold. Really upset. My family has had decent eye exams here but current front desk staff seems to be incompetent.

I personally had a great experience. Despite it being a little slow paced, everyone was still kind that attended to me. Dr.Wong took very good care of my yearly exam and help resolve some issues i was having. When being checked out, i believe it was crystal who took care of me and was super polite and patient. Her system kept crashing but her and i were having a good time and she had great communication skills with me.
