Ms. Ruby was very courteous and professional during our visit. She helped my wife find the right pair of glasses and explained everything very well to us with regards to the insurance coverage and pricing. We will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Ruby gave us great customer service in choosing our eyeglasses and lenses. She explained the difference between certain lenses and recommended the best fit for myself and my husband. It was my first time getting my eyeglasses with Vision works and also getting my Vision exam with Optometrist Dr.Carrion, which is conveniently located next to Vision works. We were able to get our eye exam n Eyeglasses in just one location saving us valuable time. Ruby deserves to be commended for her excellent work in providing the best customer experience that Vision works is known for. Surely she made me a Vision works customer for life. Had a great experience buying our eyeglasses at Visionworks. Ruby was extremely knowledgeable in her work and offered different types of options in choosing our lenses n eyeglasses. She had great patience and answered all of questions and concerns with choosing our eyeglasses. Ruby treated us very courteous and with respect. BEWARE!! I bought a pair of "Ray Bans" here in 2019. Recently, I was looking to re-buy the same frame from my local Rayban store by searching the "serial number" which didn't exist. I did a little research and realized these are FAKE! These frames are "made in china". I bought these glasses durring a BOGO sale durring tax season and paid over $500 for a completed pair of Rx. I guess you can say it's more of a "Buy one, get none" kind of situation. It's probably too late for me to adress this situation so I thought I'd share my story on here. Im assuming there are some shifty employees working at this location who switch the product to fakes, that way they can sell the real frames. I worked for Visionworks labs and i have a hard time believing that they would be dumb enough to steal from their customers. Honestly, I don't think this location should exist. Who knows how many customers they've stolen from. Here are some pictures of the fakes compared to the pair I bought straight from Raybans.
