This was such an easy experience! So many tests right on the spot, a virtual consultation with a nurse and an optometrist AND a great selection of classes. My prescription arrived a week early as well.

The staff members were clueless and nice up until i disputed my bill then they were ready for an argument. I went in for a simple eye exam and glasses which both were covered by my insurance with the exception of my $10copay. So I was confused at how I was being charged almost $200 dollars 👀.They moved me through that office so fast my head was spinning. One girl was helping customers(verifying info and more)in the back while talking to someone on speaker on her phone…(HIPAA VIOLATION). The staff at the front were rushing to finish the day so I believe they must have confused my total. After I asked what was I being charged for again because in my head it was 2+2=4 but they were obviously padding my visit. I have filed a grievance against them for these reasons. I will never go back to visionworks..ever.

The service here is excellent. The staff are knowledgable and friendly. My optometrist was very skilled and my progressives are sharp and clear. I do wish that they had more of a selection of RayBans.
