Visionworks people were genuinely concerned with my eye health and gave me the best options to keep it that way. Each procedure was well explained before it was done and I felt completely comfortable. Doctor questioned my daily eye usage and conditions under which they are exposed. Then determined how to keep them safe. Wow. Thanks Visionworks.

My daughter ordered glasses and they weren't right for her. The staff at Visionworks, particularly the manager, made changes four times until they got the them right. They were very patient and worked hard to make the glasses perfect for her. We will continue to purchase our glasses from Visionworks!

I would love to share my wonderful experience. From day one, they treated me with such kindness and professionalism. Because of changes in my doctor’s prescription, I had to switch my glasses several times, and I also needed adjustments since I didn’t adapt well to a few pairs. Despite this, they never once made me feel uncomfortable or like it was a problem. They were always patient, understanding, and just as welcoming as the first day. What I truly appreciate is that they give you plenty of time to return or exchange your glasses without any pressure. The quality of the lenses and the prescription accuracy are excellent. Their work is truly professional. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. They worked with me on getting the best fitting contacts, with readjustment for my slight astigmatism. First time trying contacts for astigmatism, and I've never seen clearer or felt as much comfort in my eyes from wearing contacts. I had always assumed rubbing my eyes and constant blinking to get my contacts in the perfect position was just part of what wearing contacts was. Now I can't help but think that perhaps I just needed a pair for astigmatism all along but was just never prescribed them before. At first, I was given one regular and one astigmatism contact. Since one eye has slightly less astigmatism. After trying them on for a day, I noticed a big difference in the two and requested they both be for astigmatism. I got a refitting that day, and now my vision is perfect.
