Call people as they please not in first come first serve or by appointment. Be prepared to wait or not. Depends. Also can't figure out VSP insurance when they should be a provider. Save time go anywhere else.

Great selection of glasses, even for my daughter who has Medicaid! But beyond that is the customer service, which is superior to any other glasses place I've been to in my 25 years of wearing glasses. The ladies here are kind and compassionate, and really go out of their way to make your experience a great one! This was my daughter's first pair of glasses and the people here treated her like a princess!

It has been over two weeks and I still do not have my glasses. When I called to inquire I was told they would check into it and call me back. I never received a call back. I called again and spoke to a different person who put me on hold for a few minutes and came back on the line to say the lab did not have the frame I selected. If that were the case why did the lab not call?
