Exceptional personal attention and professional expertise by the entire team - Shirley, Jacob, Esther, and Dr. Marvel. Individual attention takes time, we did not sense in any way being rushed, plus wonderful discounts using our insurance. (Enter Mall at the circle drive-through & Cineport 10 Theater.)

Staff is very helpful, nice, and patient. There’s a good selection of frames and options. My only complaint would be that the doctor is remote. I would much prefer a in-person experience. And to be honest, if I had known this prior, I probably would have went elsewhere. However, to my surprise, even though you talk to the doctor on the screen it was still overall a good experience. I will rate 4/5 stars, losing a star, only for a few reasons: 1) Remote Doctor 2) It would be nice if they crafted lenses on site like their competitors 3) The answering machine is flipping terrible. Can you just allow us to connect to the store to ask our 30 second question? That machine is like toll troll and won’t let you pass. (Just make it easier to connect to in store associate) MVP Award to Carlos and Glenn which made me want to come back to this location for future needs.

WORST EYE DOCTOR EVER!!!!! Run, don’t walk, to a competent eye doctor. I had already done the pre-site check with a technician and was told the eye doctor would not be coming in that day. Things happen right? I was rescheduled for later in the week and told I would not have to wait again, I would be pulled in with the doctor when I got there. After waiting one hour, I advised the staff that I had another appointment and was told that there were still two patients in front of me and the doctor was running behind and that I needed to remember they had two other locations. Not my problem that the doctor cannot organize her time well enough. Ridiculous waste of time. Dr. needs to get her act together. Also, Shirley in the front is extraordinarily abrasive and rude.
