Surprisingly enough the gentlemen who helped me in the stores name was the same as mine. He was kind and attentive to my needs as far as style of glasses i was looking for. He took care of dealing with my insurance and I was able to get two pairs at a great price. Thank you young man, it’s good to still get great service!

Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and the first time they gave me a pair of glasses with a frame badly cracked in multiple spots and a broken arm, mistakes happen so had them try again, and when they notify me that the glasses are ready again the second pair has a broken arm and they forgot to put the mirror finish on them. Clearly their lab is poor quality, and worse is that the young employees can sit around bored and eat ice cream on shift but can't be bothered to check that the lab is sending them the right thing and that it's in sellable condition. If they'd called me and said "hey don't come yet, your order came in wrong again from the lab and we need them to fix it." I would have happily waited longer. I can forgive mistakes, but don't tolerate laziness. I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.
