Orion was the greatest. He was so patient and helpful with helping me with the purchase for my son’s glasses. I was a little impatient but after he took his time with us;I realized that this man has outstanding customer service and great patience. He explained all the benefits and suggested items to the glasses for my son. He answered all our questions. At The price was right up my alley. This office was packed with people but he took his time with everyone. Visionworks honestly has a great asset who is Orion to this Concord office. Please keep up the great work. I will definitely be coming back !!!! Orion thank you very much for making my purchase so pleasantly purposeful….

Tyffani was absolutely amazing! She adjusted both pairs of my glasses and my wife’s glasses perfectly. Her customer service was beyond reproach. We will definitely be back!

Quick turnaround.
I was able to get into my vision test right away and doc answered all the questions.
Buying glasses were good as well. Lots of options.
Brooke helped me with buying, really appreciate her help. She answered the question related to offers and discounts.
I would definitely go back.
