I’ve been coming here 2 years now. Each experience has been awesome. The staff is very kind and helpful. They’re very patient and understanding. My last visit I was running behind by like 10 minutes or so. I called in and explained that I was a teacher and I got held up due to my occupational duties. In addition to being late I left my insurance card in my classroom! I thought I was doomed, but then they were able to search it. They were very understanding and worked with me in order for me to still have my appointment. The doctor is very kind and she explains everything. She explains the purpose of tests and what it means, so I can better understand my eye health. Overall just happy :)

I was hesitant about coming here based on some reviews. I came here two years ago and was happy but noticed there were changes and reviews had changed. I ultimately ended up going back because it was the only place that was easy to work around my work schedule and had Saturday appointments for eye exams that were not three months out. I booked my appointment and was very happy. The tech explained all the steps of my eye exam. The doctor was virtual but very nice and engaged in what I had to say. I came back the following week to pick out my glasses and when we sat down to do the order it was discovered that I only had one week left for my frame allowance to renew on my insurance. The woman helping me took pictures and we agreed I would come back the following week. When I went back in, she was not working but Roy was able to find the pictures on my profile and noticed they would not work for the type of lenses I wanted. He was helpful in helping me pick out two new pairs that would work and looked similar to the original ones I picked. We got the order done and I will be picking them up in a little over a week. I was very happy and comfortable through every step.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! I actually had to take advantage of the 100% satisfaction guarantee twice (at no fault of Visionworks) simply due to the frame styles not fitting as expected. They went above and beyond without any issues in ensuring I was happy. Excellent customer service from Autumn, Kristin, and Maribel!
