Customer service was AMAZING! Kia was exceptionally nice, kind and helpful. She even fixed my current pair of glasses so I wouldn't have to deal with the prob I had going on with them while waiting for my new glasses to arrive. She had a big smile on her face and was easy to laugh all the while being very professional. I interacted with another female employee (didn't catch her name) that was also very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Everything appeared to be clean and organized. I've done business with 3 other Visionworks stores (In Georgia and Texas) and the New Braunfels store experience was the best! THANK YOU!
