Customer service seems to be going downhill at this location. During my initial visit, I was helped by Cierra. She was awesome. Unfortunately she wasn’t there for any of my subsequent visits. I had to go back a couple of times for a fit adjustment and was treated like it was a huge inconvenience. Today was the final straw. My glasses were very loose on one side. There were no other customers in the shop. I asked the lady if there was anything she could do as I didn’t have a screwdriver small enough. She asked me if the screw ever fell out. When I told her no, she said she couldn’t do anything. I left, went and bought a small repair kit and had the screw tightened in seconds. Unbelievable that an optical shop wouldn’t be able to tighten a screw on a frame.

Staff were knowledgeable and quick, I found good frames and got a better lens type, and the 50% off second pair made my visit very pleasant

I've always had a pleasant experience with Vision works. I absolutely love their selections
