A bit of a struggle with one of the associates. The manager is amazing and the gentleman was very helpful. When I picked up my sunglasses the associate that handed them to me told me there was no adjustment so I took them and left. I was not happy with the fit. When I went back to pick up my regulator glasses, they had lost my glasses that were for pick up, but the gentleman was very kind and adjusted my sunglasses and they are great now. After a few days of waiting to hear about my missing ordered glasses I called to inquire. I was told they had been found, and there was a note on them that I had been contacted. I did not mention I would not be calling if I had been contacted and told them I would be in the next day to pick up the glasses. The same associate who originally gave me my sunglasses, assisted me with picking up my regular glasses. She was ready to send me out the door with a terrible fit. She kept asking me to tell her what to do. I had to explain my eyelashes were hitting the lenses, and they certainly didn’t feel right. She kept telling me to tell her how to adjust them. It was very frustrating. They feel pretty good now, but it was not a pleasant experience.

Something that I was dreading doing with my husband actually turned out to be an exceptional experience. Thanks to Carol Anne this is a store that I would recommend without hesitation, and will definitely go back for any and all eyewear needs. She was patient, courteous, professional, and above all else honest. I say, honest, because she pointed out things that were less than flattering, she definitely has a great eye for style and glasses. She took her time to explain every type of lens to suit my husband's needs. Very different than other places, that pressure and upsell you and hurry to get you in and out. Carol Anne at Visionworks was a pleasure to work with, and I couldn't be happier writing this review! Thank you! And I look forward to picking up my husband's glasses next week...
