The staff was amazing, so friendly. Dr. Sherman is my hero! She found a retinal tear, I had no symptoms. She sent me to a retinal specialist and I had laser eye surgery the same day. The specialist told me that Dr. Sherman probably saved my sight. I am forever grateful and a patient for life!!!

Whatever doctor I go to at Vision Works has been very professional and thorough. They listen to their patients and explain everything. Lenses are very expensive but I get top of the line because that's what I need. It is hard to just get an estimate from them on what your out-of-pocket cost will be after insurance. They just want to make the sale. However, their glasses are always done right and I have never had any problems with glasses or contacts purchased from Vision Works.

Outstanding service from the moment I walked in the door until I walked back out. The staff on the floor were exceptionally attentive, the doctor was very pleasant and efficient, and I did not have to wait more than a few minutes for anything. The staff member who helped me choose my frames, was very friendly and very honest in her recommendations. She helped me pick a pair of glasses that I absolutely love, and I can’t wait to get them. Even better, she didn’t try to upsell me on everything. She also adjusted my existing sunglasses that were a little bit too big and were sliding off when I looked down. They fit great now, and I appreciate her going the extra step.
