Love this place. Eye exam, new prescription, new glasses, all quick and easy! Will, Khalif and Taylor are The Best! They took great care of me. Never got such awesome care before I switched to this place. Six stars (in a five-star rating) go to Will.... he goes the extra mile to provide advice and help on choosing the correct frames, and is patient, tolerant and supportive. Very tough to find customer service this great anywhere!

Life happens and I have had to reschedule my appointment due to conflicts in schedule. I’m finally in route to my appointment but because I scheduled with a different location I was late for my scheduled appointment (forgetting I wasn’t at my normal location) that I was finally able to potentially make. I arrive, apologized, and shared that I was late for my appointment. The service rep, ‘You’re appointment was at… and shared she had to ask the doctor. I said your sign says ‘we accept walk ins’ to which she replies it is at the discretion of the doctor. She comes back and tells me ‘Yeah, we are going to have to reschedule you.’ I shared that I would go to my normal location to reschedule. I totally get me being late. I take that. My concern is having a sign that’s not true. Vision Works take the ‘Time for your annual eye exam? Walks-in available’ sign down if it doesn’t apply. I’m not even concerned with how the rep responded. People have good and bad days. Just take the sign down or add an * so that we know it’s more to it. Update** I did call corporate and they were not helpful. However, later that evening I received a call from Vision works and the staff was supportive and assisted me in scheduling a new appointment. I arrived early for my next appointment and was checked in unknowingly by the manager of the location. I had shared my concerns and she told me that they would be addressed with the staff of concern. The rest of the appointment was seamless. When the then returned again, the staff were helpful. All in all - I believe in second chances. I’ve needed them myself. I just also want to bring light to areas we can do better so that the next person can have a good experience.

I've been coming here for about 7 years. I had a nightmare experience with a past optometrist, and when I expressed my concerns the manager, Sharri, corrected the issue and made it all better! The staff went above and beyond to provide me a first class experience. The new optometrist was far more patient and kind. I keep coming back because of how I am treated and valued. Customers are immediately greeted with a smile. I love my new glasses and when I didn't, they immediately allowed me another selection with no extra fees. I am a happy customer.
