During my visit, I had a wonderful experience with both the receptionist and Dr. Friedman during my exam. Both were extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. Then as I went on to order contacts and glasses next door, both people were so kind and helpful even though I didn't fully know what I was doing with my insurance. They were so kind as to refund me a partial amount that I failed to mention should've been covered by a second insurance. I am overall very pleased by the customer service and compassion of everyone that I encountered during my visit.

Vision Works has so many choices of frames. Associate gave me honest opinion of how they looked on me. Was clear on costs and final prices. Would recommend for glasses needs.
