I have been going to Visionworks for years, this time, it was a unique situation, in between Cataracs surgeries, and just needing a new prescription. I didn’t want to spend a lot, and they had a good coupon for two pairs of progressive lenses. I usually go to the Quincy store, which I had gone to the day before, and it wasn’t a great experience, I thought the customer service wasn’t helpful or compassionate to my situation. So the next day I went up the plaza to the Visionworks, and I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who had me sit for about three minutes and then I was helped by a lovely woman Sharon. She was so helpful with my new glasses and help me utilize all the benefits of the coupon to save me a lot on glasses I’ll only be needing four or five months. South Shore Plaza vision works is my new place to go. Thank you Kim.

My wife purchased a pair of glasses at Visionworks Square one mall in Saugus but few days later was a little loose. Today 12/9/2023 me and my wife went shopping at South shore plaza and we noticed the mall has a visionworks store. Richard was so friendly and Professional that he took care of my wife's glasses in Seconds. The Receptionist were friendly as well. Thank you Richard 😊 👍🏻

I came to this location after having bad experience at Visionworks, Pilgrim Plaza. I was welcomed by the staff and was taken care by Sharon. She is really nice, humble, and helpful. She spent her time explaining which benefits I can get from my insurance, as well as recommending which type of frame that can best suit my face and the prescription. I ended up purchasing a very cute one. The glass will be ready in a week from now, and I cannot wait to have it. 5 star for Sharon in particular and the store overall.
