My appointment from start to finish was a pleasure. I am grateful this Visionworks location accepts the state insurance (I wish all locations would.) Hamid, Laura and Isabella all deserve mention for their friendliness and helpfulness in explaining the remote doctor process and the various tests and machines involved. The staff was awesome! First time I came into this location and I just made it my regular location for eyewear and exams. The visit was virtual but the doctor's on the other end were also awesome, they treated me and my son with respect and it shows that they know what they're talking about. I didn't have an appointment but the general manager was also awesome and was able to find a time for both my son and I to get seen and for that I'm grateful. Their whole staff was amazing and we will definitely be back.
