I had to have 3 remakes done with the NIKE brand frames. Both the regular and sunglasses would start to crack at the top and sides inside the NEW frames. The cracks would slowly progress each day. Each time they would take the newly purchased glasses when the remake orders were placed, leaving me to wear my old prescription glasses and wear them for another 2 weeks while new ones were being made. They could've let me wear the damaged ones as a common courtesy until the new ones were finished, but didn't. I finally got fed up with the craftsmanship, return visits, the 2 week wait time and inability to get it right. I got my $ back for both pairs which took another 5 days for the $ to post back to my account. Staff acted bewildered and weren't apologetic at all. They actually told me after the fact, that the NIKE frames weren't a good frame (why sell them then?). These frames were also unadjustable and couldn't be tightened. They never bothered to tell me that either. I went to Lenscrafters and received better customer service and better quality glasses (Oakley & Ray Ban). They only took 7 days to make. C'mon Man.

Worst experiences ever and horrible quality glasses, contacts, staff ... everything. Been in here multiple times and an issue Everytime. I tell ppl I don't get new glasses or contacts bc I don't wanna get mad today. Bc Everytime I go here, nothing but issues. Staff: rude Everytime, lies saying they can't take certain items back, then the next time they can? They messed up my prescription and said sorry can't take it back. Till I argued with them about it. I've never had issues or messed up lenses ( new pair they handed to me and scratched, right tin front of me) , appointments or just questions. 15 years wearing glasses and contacts and never had problems like these. Cheap glasses, overated pricing, horrible customer service. Also staff and manger refuses to send me my prescription via email. Id go in but I feel and unwanted and ignored. I WANT MY PRESCRIPTION PLZ! So I can go to another , way better establishment and never work with Vision Works again.

I’ve been a regular at this location for 7+ years for my annual eye exams, but I’ll be finding a new place after my recent experience. I was told by a doc I’ve never worked with before that my prescription changed even though I felt my vision with my current glasses was still sharp. I reluctantly bought a new pair of glasses with a credit card (I’m a broke college student). Tried the new glasses and they make me feel motion sick/disoriented, so I went in for a recheck and was told “maybe you need to adjust to the new ones” — nope, so I booked a recheck at a different location where my concerns were validate & my suspicions confirmed — my old prescription is the correct prescription. So I paid a few hundred dollars for nothing. I did not need a new pair of glasses, and I do not have the money to be throwing at unnecessary expenses. Huge bummer for me, especially after many years of being a regular customer.
