The staff is knowledgeable and work with you to ensure you have the best glasses. She pulled out beautiful glasses as options for me and highlighted the best selling glasses too. She also helped me with pricing options to make my glasses affordable for me. I am so impressed with your Radnor team, you are very lucky to have them! Thank you so much and o can’t wait for my new glasses!

I’ve been a Visionworks customer for YEARS, and and this has been my WORST experience. I will say I had a good experience with the doctor, but after that it went downhill. Was told it would take 10-14 days for my glasses to come in, 14 days came and went and I never heard anything from vision work. Tried calling the store numerous times and no one ever picked up, it would just forward to the automated customer service number. I checked my status online and all it said was “delayed.” Called customer service who couldn’t explain why my glasses were delayed. Customer service was able to get through to the store when they called and connected me with someone at the store. At first the store couldn’t explain why they were delayed and then told me it was because the frame wasn’t in stock and they had to ship the store frame. I notified this gentleman no one had ever let me know there was going to be a delay, I would have appreciated a call, email, text, something letting me know they were delayed. This gentleman explained to me that Erin, who I had worked with to purchase my frames/lenses had been handling this and he would be speaking to Erin when she returned from vacation to follow up with me. I called again about 5 days later as I never received a call from Erin or an update on the status of my glasses. When I finally was able to pick my glasses up 3 weeks after they were ordered Erin was working and asked us to wait while she was on a call, we ended up waiting 15 minutes, fine no biggie. But when she finally did give me my glasses she never even mentioned the delay, never apologized, never explained what happened. If you’re looking for poor customer service with zero communication, you’ve found your place.

I am so disheartened to be leaving this review after 3 years of positive experience at this location. (Other than the tech who I love the staff has all changed since my last visit). I was refused care at the Wayne, PA vision works because I called 30 minutes before my appt to say I was using the rest room (due to upset stomach I ate something bad) and might be 2 minutes late ( I was already in the shopping complex and communicated this). I value others people time and do not like being late- I simply was trying to be courteous. The woman on the phone said "ok we are cancelling you appointment because you are sick". I stated I wasn't sick (I had COVID 3 weeks ago and was since cleared by my physician, I know this is a common concern) I simply have an upset stomach. I told them I was traveling for work the next 8 weeks and could not reschedule. I was currently driving with one contact and had no others left at home. I told them I would stop in and pick up some tester contacts. I showed up and the girl at the front desk (white girl with brown hair) went to the back with the tech (who is always been so kind and was also confused why I was being refused care for an upset stomach). The receptionist was loudly talking about me stating (I TOLD HER I WOULD CALL HER BACK HOW DARE SHE SHOW UP HERE on and on..there were other patients being seen at this time. It was extremely embarrassing.). I understand people have bad days and working with public is stressful… but I have worked in a clinical setting as a practice manager for many years and I have never allowed refusing patient care for an upset stomach and would NEVER allow bad mouthing patients especially within ear shot of other patients. Long story short she brought me two tester contacts I politely said thank you and left. I then called the king of Prussia visionworks and explained my situation. They kindly took me in for an appointment and I had a great experience at that location.
