The manager Jada is horrible. I was 5 minutes late due to construction, they rescheduled me. No apology, etc they claim to have a non posted 4 minute late rule. I called corporate and the territory manager……crickets. The manager’s attitude is so blasé and sarcastic. Worst ever!

Booked my appointment because I was recommended by my insurance to come here. I have insurance but they couldn’t find it and waited all the way to my appointment time to let me know that I couldn’t use my insurance with them. Waste of time.

Visionworks is a 5 star experience for me. Over all great customer service and pleasent experience. Plenty eyeware options with great prices with multiple pay plans. Afordable indeed. 😊 That is what I needed.!👍😎 …
