I had a great experience!! The Optometrist was very good, took his time with me, and explained things to me during the examination. The crew at VisionWorks itself were great. They were very helpful in helping me choose which glasses to get, very knowledgeable, they cared about the customer, and a very pleasant experience!!

I had my first appointment on Black Friday of all days and from the time I walked in the door till that time I left I felt so good about being there. The gal that helped me a beautiful tall blonde girl from Ukraine. She helped me with frames. She was polite and kind and professional and her customer service was so perfect. The gal behind the desk checked me in welcomed to me and she was most professional and doing my pretesting. And my time with the doctor was really nice too. I felt very comfortable in his chair and he was very professional and telling me the changes in my eyes and even chatted about his experiences in Europe and I just found him to be very friendly. I look forward to picking up my glasses and I look forward to going back there again the next time for my exams

Went in because my glasses broke. With my insurance I was able to get a 900 dollar pair of glasses for under 250 dollars. I was in and out in about 20 to 25 minutes. They did a great job for me
