I came here to purchase lenses and frames. I saved money by not going through with the transaction. I was told that buying here was a better value than online and they wouldn't take my insurance. All of that was false. I found eyeconic who is the official online RX glasses vendor for my insurance. Not only that they informed me I would not get name brand. That was false I found the same exact brands as this vendor. I got a bargain with the platinum package: 1.67 high index, impact / scratch resistant, anti reflective coating and 100% UV protection. All this much less for what I would have got here with polycarbonate and scratch resistant coating. Nothing personal against vision works. I just work to dang hard for my money and I don't make nowhere near 6 figures. I'm just a regular blue collar father/husband struggling to make ends meet. Hope this helps vision works and anyone like me.

I was able to return and exchange my new damaged Ray-Ban frames that I had for two months at no extra cost to me. It was their 100 day guarantee to be able to exchange the damaged frames and receive a whole brand new pair of eyeglasses in return. David, an associate at the Arlington Parks Mall helped me tremendously. Thank you. I had originally paid for a new set of eyeglasses for $520.96. I came back again and used the excellent guarantee to pick out a new frame, different brand in order to replace the second pair of Ray Ban glasses that cracked in the area that surround the lenses. Again, David, was a tremendous help in carrying out the process of getting a new pair of glasses, no charge. In fact the frames I picked gave me a $50 credit refund of what I originally paid.

Allow me to explain: the staff and their personal service in house of the parks mall is 5/5 ⭐️’s. They are friendly and genuinely seem to want to help… the lab however, gets 0 from me. It took over a month with 0 communication because the lab kept losing my stuff. Three times in the course of 3 weeks, I had called and the staff said it had shipped and they would call when it arrives. It never arrived. The physical box with my glasses never came. We had placed two orders and my husband got his no problem within a week. But mine? They didn’t have a clue… The staff at the mall kept trying to contact the lab who claimed they were “rushing” my order, but no one seems to know what was really going on. After a month of waiting, I was told once again they had not arrived and they didn’t know why so I just asked them to cancel my order. They said it would be a month max before I see the credit go back to my insurance. I waited that month and called my insurance, the credit was nonexistent. They didn’t even see any record of there being a refund…. So needless to say, I really wanted to like VW, but I can’t trust a company that doesn’t seem to know how to communicate across platforms and that constantly loses orders without having a reason why. Whenever I was on the phone with a mall staff member, they seemed confused about my issues but were also always friendly and wanted to help. It’s just a shame their factory people could not get their stuff figured out. (Side note: my MIL also had issues with a different location, but still a VW company, in that she ordered her glasses and never heard back until after a month of waiting she went in person to find they’d been sitting on a shelf for weeks waiting to be picked up but no one called.)
