I bought at Visionworks because of Shannon. She made me feel like she really was concerned with my satisfaction!! Excellent sales!!

The lady assisting me was very nice and professional. She took plenty of time to assure that the lens and frames I choose were to my liking. The glasses arrived in the estimated time and were correct. That Abilene Texas store was very well run and organized.

Friendly and welcoming. You are noticed and you matter. All the staff could answer all my questions and were informative. I knew my time and my money being spent to serve me best was their highest priority. Very understanding to hold my order for my convenience and they didn't make me feel like I wasted their time when I couldn't make my purchase. I was treated with respect and kindness.
