Really disappointed. I made an appointment for an eye checkup. I got a text message reminder about appt, and a reminder call. I show up early at 9:40 as the text message says "Please arrive 15 minutes early". They don't open the doors till 10. OK, but I wished they would have warned me instead of wasting my time. I approach the desk to check in, then after a short while they tell me they don't take my insurance, and offered me "the opportunity" to pay full price. They had more than a week to look up my insurance and inform me BEFORE I wasted my time and gas driving to the not-so-near location. Oh well, let me show them a pair of cloudy defective lenses that I got from them previously while I'm here. "Oh no, that's too bad, lenses are only warranted for one year". Again, at least they were nice enough to allow me to pay full price to replace them. I wonder if it's because of that type of customer dis-service that my insurance company dropped them.

Kindness, not just with me but to everyone who walked in listening to every consultant speak to everyone with great professionalism which is rare to find in Miami. Unfortunately I can't remember the girls name who helped me pick out my frames she was very courteous with me until the very end. She definitely gets 5 stars from me. That kinda service is what makes me return again and tell family and friends about you guys. Once again thank you

The clinic is very clean. The staff is very friendly, effective and efficient. They are really patient with every client, they take good care of everyone. I really recommend this clinic.
