The front desk receptionist didn’t bother to find out what insurance I have even after I told her I’m covered through my medical insurance. Well I walked away because she was unwilling to help. Turns out they have Americas Best contacts and eyeglasses in the same plaza. I walked in they just asked me for my dob and name and pulled up my coverage. That was it! Vision works maybe has too many customers and they don’t want to bother with having more. Too bad for them! Avoid if you want good customer service.

I want in with very little hope, and a mN named Austin, took one look at my broken glasses, and said he would work on them right away. He walked over to his counter of tools, with the glasses that I almost threw in the trash because of how broken they were, and came back with my glasses and perfect shape. Austin deserves a raise and a promotion. I wish I could get 10 Stars, or at least have been able to give him a tip. Hire more people like Austin. He cares about the customer first.

Highly recommend this place for everything you need for your eyes. Friendly, professional staff willingly to help you with everything they can. The customer service is no.1 there are so many choices for frames including name brand sunglasses!!! Very affordable prices!!!i have been going there for about 4 years and no complaints at all.
