Overall, I had a great experience. I was greeted immediately and helped right away. The person that assisted me also made it a point to greet everyone as they walked in to acknowledge them and let them know that someone would be right with them. She was very polite and explained the options available. I was in and out.

Very helpful staff, great selection of eyeglass frames, very clean store, they were using portable air conditioners but it was nice and cool, it's in the mall so you can do other shopping, our glasses arrived on time

My glasses are not right; they have a glare. Not sure how I paid more for the second pair than I did the first. And I brought my own frames in. I’m taking these back to get them corrected.
